This Privacy Policy explains how Shreshtha Soft Tech Pvt. Ltd. ("TradeBridge", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses and safeguards your information when you use our website and the TradeBridge service that connects TradingView alerts to MetaTrader 5 ("Service").
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account data: name, email address, password (stored only as a salted hash), and two-factor authentication settings.
- Contact & support data: messages you send via our contact form or support tickets, including any attachments.
- Billing data: plan selection and billing contact details. Card and bank details are handled by our payment processor — see Payments.
Information generated by your use
- Configuration data: license keys, MT5 account labels, broker/server names, account numbers, symbol mappings and risk profiles.
- Trading signals & execution data: the alerts you route through TradeBridge and the resulting order/trade records and statuses.
- Technical data: IP address, browser/device type, timestamps, and diagnostic logs used to operate and secure the Service.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate and maintain the Service and route your signals to MetaTrader 5.
- To create and secure your account, including two-factor authentication and fraud prevention.
- To process subscriptions, payments, taxes and issue GST invoices.
- To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
- To send transactional and service messages (e.g. verification codes, payment receipts, support replies).
- To monitor, debug, improve and develop new features.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. Legal bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis (such as the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, or the GDPR), we process personal data on the bases of performance of a contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run the Service — for example payment processing (Razorpay), email/SMS delivery, hosting and infrastructure — under agreements that require them to protect your data.
- Legal and safety recipients where disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety and property.
- Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. When you pay, your card, UPI or bank details are collected and processed directly by Razorpay under their own terms and privacy policy. We receive only limited transaction metadata (such as a payment/order identifier, amount, currency and status). We do not store your full card numbers or banking credentials.
6. Cookies
We use a minimal set of cookies and similar local-storage technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the application (for example, authentication tokens). We do not use them to build advertising profiles. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but parts of the Service may not function correctly.
7. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain records (such as invoices and transaction logs) for longer where required for tax, accounting, legal or security purposes. When no longer required, data is deleted or anonymised.
When you delete your account, we anonymise your personal data and disable access. However, tax invoices and related payment records are retained in anonymised form for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law (for example, under the GST and Companies Act requirements in India), after which they are deleted.
8. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including mandatory two-factor authentication, encryption of sensitive secrets, hashed passwords, signed per-license webhooks and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We will respond within the timeframes required by law.

- Download my data — exports a machine-readable (JSON) copy of the personal data we hold for you (data portability).
- Delete my account — anonymises your personal data and disables access (right to erasure), subject to the retention of anonymised financial records described in section 7.

10. Children
The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
11. International transfers
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.
12. Changes & contact
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
