These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TradeBridge website and service ("Service") operated by Shreshtha Soft Tech Pvt. Ltd. ("TradeBridge", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Accounts & security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, license keys and two-factor authentication, and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to enable and maintain two-factor authentication where required.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or security breach.
- You remain solely responsible for your MetaTrader 5 terminal, broker account and the credentials you use to operate them.
3. The Service
TradeBridge receives alerts you configure in TradingView (or compatible sources), validates and queues them, applies your configured risk rules and multipliers, and relays them to your MetaTrader 5 terminal via our Expert Advisor for execution. You are solely responsible for your strategies, alert configuration, risk settings, and the trades that result. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose, or to manipulate markets.
- Share, resell or sublicense your account or license keys except as expressly permitted by your plan.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or circumvent the Service or its security.
- Exceed the limits of your plan (such as accounts, strategies or daily signals) or use automated means to abuse the Service.
- Infringe the rights of others or transmit malicious code.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Plans, billing & taxes
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through Razorpay, in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) where indicated; a GST tax invoice is issued for each payment.
- By subscribing you authorise us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees for each billing cycle until you cancel.
- We may change plan pricing or features; changes apply from your next billing cycle and will be communicated in advance where required.
- Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. License keys
Subject to these Terms and your active plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service and your license keys to route signals to the number of accounts permitted by your plan. License keys are confidential to you.
7. Third-party services
The Service interoperates with third-party platforms including TradingView, MetaTrader 5 and your broker. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those platforms, and your use of them is subject to their own terms. "TradingView" and "MetaTrader" are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not responsible for outages, changes, slippage, requotes or losses arising from third-party services or your broker.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, Expert Advisor, design, text and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. Except for the limited license granted to you, no rights are transferred. You retain ownership of your own content and configuration.
9. No financial advice
TradeBridge is a technology tool for automating trade execution. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and should seek independent professional advice.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that signals will be delivered or executed without delay or failure.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeBridge and its directors, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TradeBridge from and against any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your trades, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or where required by law or to protect the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; provisions that by their nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability limits and indemnity) will survive.
14. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at our registered place of business in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, which the parties will first attempt to resolve amicably.
