This policy explains how subscription cancellations and refunds work for the TradeBridge service operated by Shreshtha Soft Tech Pvt. Ltd. Please read it together with our Terms & Conditions.
1. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through Razorpay. Each payment grants access to the corresponding plan for one billing period. Prices are shown in INR and, where indicated, are inclusive of GST.
2. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing page or by contacting us.
- When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing period; it then stops renewing and is not charged again.
- Cancelling stops future renewals — it does not generate an automatic refund for the current period.
3. Refunds
Because TradeBridge is a digital subscription service that is available for use immediately, fees are generally non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods and for periods during which you did not use the Service. However, we may, at our reasonable discretion, issue a full or partial refund in cases such as:
- Duplicate or accidental charges — fully refunded.
- Failed activation caused by a verified fault on our side that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time.
- Other circumstances we determine, in good faith, warrant a refund, or where a refund is required by applicable law.
Refund requests should be raised within 7 days of the charge to be considered.
4. How to request a refund
Email info@tradebridge.live or open a support ticket from within the app, including your registered email, the payment/order reference, the charge date and the reason for your request. We may ask for additional details to verify the request.
5. Processing of approved refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method through Razorpay. Once initiated, it typically takes 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer. Any applicable taxes are refunded in accordance with law.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
